From 2014 to 2021, I played a crucial role in the development and enhancement of Audi's B2C websites for Das Büro am Draht, serving 31 markets, including audi.de. My work initially focused on the continuous development of frontend components, with a shift to a leadership role in 2019, where I supported the introduction of a new microfrontend architecture and lastly the transition of the project to a new stakeholder.
Responsibilities:
2014-2019:
Developed and maintained frontend components.
Integrated Adobe AEM with custom configurator software via REST APIs.
Provided technical support, documentation, testing, and market-specific bug fixing.
2019-2021:
Led the frontend team during the implementation of the new microfrontend architecture.
Managed the transition of the project to the new architecture.
Provided effort estimates, documentation, and onboarding for team members.
Supported product owners with technical guidance, customer communication, and overall project documentation.
