IAM – Kaufland / Schwarz Gruppe (E-Commerce)
From 2021 to 2023, I led the frontend development for the IAM Kaufland / Schwarz Gruppe project at Das Büro am Draht, focusing on refactoring and harmonising IAM UIs (profile management and hosted pages) across different channels.
Responsibilities:
Developed key functionalities for IAM web applications using Remix and TypeScript.
Specified features, coordinated user flows with departments, and documented requirements.
Led the frontend team, supported project management, and provided customer consultation.
Managed the backlog, optimised processes, and ensured seamless project execution.
